CBSE at ‘VIVA’ ensures micro-delivery of academic modules by Viva Teachers, followed by Assessment through Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). It helps frame remedial measures for academically challenged children and enrichment programs for above average students. CBSE plans to prepare children for external competitive exams, including National Talent Search Exams (NTSE) at std.10th Level and NTSE Scholarship winners. At senior secondary level, Viva integrates regular curriculum delivery with Foundation for IIT-JEE Entrance, AIPMT Entrance, SAT Entrance and participation in International Junior Science Olympiad and Kishor Vigyan Proudyogiki Yojna. CBSE, established in 1962, has 17500 schools in India and abroad. It conducts various examinations through eight Regional Offices. The scheme of studies for classes VI-VIII includes learning of three languages, mathematics, science, social science, and optional subjects.
